WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES CHALSEA DOLL GLAM ACCEPT?

 

All major credit cards are accepted and a processing fee will also be applied to all credit card transactions, however cash is preferred.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. All appointments require a deposit that will go toward your final balance. ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If appointment is not canceled within 24 hours or you are a “no-show” you will be responsible for the remainder balance of your service. However in the case I would need to cancel you will receive a refund of your deposit. Weather conditions will not be charged.

 

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR EARLY MORNING, AFTER HOURS, AND HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS?

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE "GLAM MAKEOVERS" AND DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

 

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Yes. All holiday appointments will have a $25 fee. All 7am appointment, Tuesday & Sunday appointments will have a $25 fee. All appointments before 8am and after 5pm will have a $25 fee.

 

The "Glam Makeover" will include eyeshadow, brow shading, full coverage foundation, lips, and  natural strip lash. Add Glitter, 3D Mink Lashes, Individual lashes, or bottom lashes for an additional charge each.​If there is a specific lash or foundation you would like you are welcome to bring it as an option, how ever you are not required to bring anything. Please be sure to arrive with a clean face.

 

Traveling services are available for an additional cost. Monday-Thursday I do have traveling options for on-location services, however Friday-Sunday travel is ONLY available for events, bridal party, or groups with a minimum of $600. Please send an email with time, date, and location for any traveling inquiries. Destination wedding and events are also welcome. Travel & Stay are require at clients expense
