BOOKING POLICY

COVID POLICY:

All clients must complete a COVID form prior to service. You MUST wear a mask, and wash your hands when entering the studio. NO EXTRA GUEST & NO CHILDREN. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms please notify me immediately to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 APPOINTMENTS: 

In-studio appointments can be booked online up to 30 days in advance. However, the online system does grant you access to view a year round open calendar. Please be mindful, deposits are not automatically taken at the time of your request. Every online request requires an approval. Please review your email or text messages for a confirmation link and receipt of your deposit. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment. If you have not received a response in 48 hours- please give us a call. 

Appointments are confirmed up to 21 days ahead. Keep in mind appointments before and after business hours will require an additional fee (see below).

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must pay a new deposit. You cannot recycle deposits to multiple dates. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable.

Weddings, Classes, Photo shoots, Events, Etc- REQUEST A QUOTE on the website to book. Provide as much information as possible; please do not put NA on everything or this will delay your response. Allow 48 hours for a response to your request. 


DEPOSITS:

Deposits are required for booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $25 Fee will be applied to appointments before 7am and after 5pm. A $25 fee will apply to all 7AM appointments, Tuesday & Sunday appointments. Holiday Appointments are an up charge of $25.  Wedding pricing can be requested via email.

LATE FEES:

All clients are given a 5 minute grace period. Late fees apply at $1 per minute you are late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and the credit card on file will be charged the remainder balance of your scheduled service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. No Shows will also be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance.

CHARGE BACKS/ DISPUTED PAYMENTS:

Clients that have charge backs for deposits and/or for services rendered will be accessed a $35 dispute fee in addition to the amount owed. Chalsea Doll LLC or The Glam Lounge has the right to refuse future services. 

EXPECTATIONS:

Our Studio has an adult-friendly environment please be mindful of our NO KIDS policy.  Please limit the number of third parties you bring with you, as studio seating is limited to those getting services. PLEASE COME WITH A CLEAN FACE NO MAKEUP no mascara and groomed eyebrows if you are getting a makeup service. PLEASE COME WITH NO MASCARA AND CLEAN EYES if you are getting lashes or brows d PLEASE be mindful of phone usage while artist is working on your face.
