Online Purchase Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our business in providing exclusive pieces and an ever-changing inventory we cannot guaranty size or merchandise availability. Due to that, ALL Sales are Final. No Returns Allowed.
Exchanges for Defective Merchandise.
All items purchased from chalseadoll.com are eligible for an exchange if there is a manufacturer defect of the item(s). You are allowed 5 business days from the confirmed delivery date to request an exchange of the defective item(s). Please make sure to check your item(s) upon receiving them. We will not accept any exchanges past the 5 business day mark.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not accept items in worn or used conditions. Any indications which show signs of usage (ie: makeup marks, lash glue, etc) will be refused and sent back to the sender. No exceptions will be made.
Exchanges for defective merchandise (Instructions)
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please email us at chalseadoll@gmail.com with your style # and the manufacturer defect. Please also include within the email a picture of the defect.
Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange, chalseadoll.com reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the item(s) is/are not a manufacturer defect.
Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exemptions will be made. In the event the item is not available, a store credit will be issued.
